stationed at NO. 3 Station, Sydney.
On the 1st. of July last I was at the Celltral
Police Court Sydney. I was a witness in Case Police V
Freeman, shooting with intent to murder Michael McHale.
During the forenoon of the above mentioned.
date I saw Kate Lee in the vestibule of the Court,
spoke to her there. I was at the Ashfield Police Court
during the forenoon of the 10th. of July last.
