I hereby direct Detective William Robertson to institute proceedings against Kate Lee, for
Perjury, in respect of statements made by her on
oath before Mr. Justice Sly in a criminal proceeding
at a sitting of the Supreme Court holden at Sydney
in the said State on the thirty-first ultimo: in
accordance with the Order of His Honor, Mr. Justice
Sly, dated Friday the 11th. day of September in the
year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen
Inspector-General of Police.
