I azia a Constable of police atationed at No. 2*
I was with Detective Robertson at the Centriai Police
Station on the ist July last. Ryen was not then in
Sydney. The accused came to the Station &tat day.
Accused had a conversation with Robertson and myself
about Samuel. Freema.n wao was commonly called :rem?Nre
Accused came into the station and said to Robertson " can.

said "no but I would like to see him" Robertson said
