. Papers relating to the
dispute between Governor Game and Premier Lang which eventuated in Lang's dismissal
in 1932 are briefly described in this guide and can be found in ML Mss 2166/2. Included
at the back of the Guide is a comprehensive index to correspondents for Sir Phillip
Games' correspondence 1929-35. ML Mss 2166/3, as listed in the Guide, includes
published correspondence between the Governor and Premier Lang, 1930 - 1932 and a
radio talk entitled "Lang and the future in New South Wales", 26 August 1931.
