1854- The Town of Dalby is situated on Myall Creek where as Wombo is situated on
Wombo Creek Wombo Creek previosly knowns as Dooduggan Creek and Ewer Creek
The waters of which wouldflow into the Condamine River, somewhere south east of the
present site of Chinchilla and about 60 klm. north west of Dalby.
